PROVIDING
CARE TECHNOLOGY ADVISORY
eHomeCare was born out of a question posed to us in 2016:
"How can we monitor our father-in-law from thousands of kilometres away, knowing he’s safe and well, without intruding on his daily life?"
That question launched our journey, focused to find care technology solutions that could monitor important health indicators, alert the right people, and provide meaningful, actionable insights. We quickly discovered that the biggest challenge wasn’t just the technology itself, but ensuring that care circle members could adopt and trust it.
Affordability, ease of use, and access to implementation & ongoing support were critical. So too was the careful management of alerts, too many, and people become desensitised, risking missed emergencies. Over time, we became experts in selecting and tuning technology to meet the real-world needs of aged care.
As our client base grew, so did our understanding of the broader system challenges facing aged care providers, not just in technology selection, but in digital strategy, systems integration, data governance, and long-term sustainability.
In 2024, eHomeCare's client base & staff were acquired by Talius.
Today, eHomeCare continues independently providing Digital Strategy and Governance Advisory Services to aged care providers across Australia, ensuring that care technology decisions serve the people who matter most.
Our roots in care technology give us a deep appreciation of frontline realities, while our advisory services now focus on helping providers:
-
Align IT strategy with clinical and operational goals
-
Strengthen governance and compliance
-
Build scalable, secure, and integrated systems
-
Select and implement care technology responsibly
We work closely with Boards, Executives, and Operational Leaders to ensure that digital transformation enhances, not complicates, care delivery.
We’re excited to work with you to shape a digitally-enabled, person-centred aged care system.
